Test teachers on subject they actually teach, renewing licenses every 5 years - good

Community service in school - good

Has made positive impacts on environmental policy - good

Supported Air Strikes on Iraq in '91 and '98 (such an unassuming little warmonger!) - hmm..

In a tiff with Unions because he supports China's participation in the World Trade Organization, but is Pro-Union - hmm...

Supports higher immigration rates - hmm...

Free world trade - hmm...
